Etiaba Chambers.

The Firm of Emeka Etiaba SAN, Etiaba & Co., (Etiaba Chambers), has under its employment, thirty lawyers and twenty seven Para-legal staff in its Six Branches (Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Enugu, Awka and Nnewi, both in Anambra State). Abuja office is the head office. Over the years, many lawyers have passed through the Chambers. Amongst Lawyers who have passed through the Firm are serving judicial officers, renowned author of several law books, former National Officers of Nigerian Bar Association, Principal Solicitors in their respective Chambers e.t.c.

BRIEF HISTORY

The Firm was founded as a sole practice in 1960 by late B.M.C Etiaba Esq. who died in 1987. In 1989, the Principal Counsel, Emeka Etiaba SAN, FCIArb re-activated the Practice and it was renamed Emeka Etiaba SAN, Etiaba & Co., Etiaba Chambers. The Chambers transited from a sole practice to a partnership having Echezona Etiaba SAN in 1998 and Joy Etiaba Esq. MCIArb. in 2008. The Firm is a core litigation Practice and has excelled in the areas indicated below. The Clientele is broad and includes Banks too numerous to mention, Multi-National Corporations, Banks, Communities, Associations, State governments and government Agencies and Parastatals amongst others. The Firm’s major assets are its core values anchored on knowledge of God, integrity, hardwork, excellence, staff efficiency, accessibility to the rich and the poor, good work culture/ethics and most importantly, the very rich libraries maintained in the various offices of the Firm. The Firm has become a spring board for staff who aspire for greater heights in the profession and has produced reputable and hardworking Judicial Officers to the glory of God. The Chambers has also produced Senior Advocates of Nigeria amongst other achievements.
